The annual Sukhtian Foundation Performing Arts Scholarship supports professional acting training for theatre, television and film. Two new students will be selected for the September 2026 Acting Program. The scholarship covers tuition fees. Applicants outside Jordan are permitted to apply, but travel, accommodation and living costs in Jordan are not covered. Shortlisted candidates are expected to audition by 13 September, final interviews are planned for 14–15 September, and selected recipients are due to be notified by 17 September before the programme begins on 20 September 2026.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, fluent in Arabic and able to commit to AIPA's intensive two-year Acting Program. Selection considers artistic potential, commitment to professional training and financial need. No prior acting experience is required. Applicants from outside Jordan may apply but must cover their own travel, accommodation and living expenses.
