Full job description
The supervisor leads the sales team, executes commercial strategy and KPIs, coaches representatives, conducts market visits, analyzes sales data, resolves customer issues, and manages profitability and execution standards.
Requirements & qualifications
The employer asks for a bachelor's degree in marketing, commercial management, sales or a related field, two to three years of sales-supervision experience with retail or pharmacy experience preferred, leadership and analytical or negotiation skills, Spanish-English bilingual ability, a valid driving licence, own transport, and knowledge of the local market.
