Full job description
Provide multi-tier support for quality and regulatory applications including LIMS, Polarion and Veeva; troubleshoot incidents, monitor systems, manage configurations and user access, support compliance, document procedures and work with vendors and business teams.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field and 5+ years of Veeva Vault experience focused on quality/regulatory applications, including Veeva configuration/SDK work and application support. Knowledge of REST/web services and Agile tools is requested.
