Requirements: Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis, technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or related fields. Demonstrated experience evaluating enterprise financial management systems, including applications, interfaces, APIs, databases, and technical architectures. Strong ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, solution architectures, data models, and integration approaches. Experience supporting system consolidation, technology modernization, application rationalization, or enterprise transformation initiatives. Proven ability to develop technology roadmaps and translate strategic recommendations into practical implementation plans and technical documentation. Knowledge of federal financial operations, accounting principles, audit requirements, internal controls, and relevant compliance frameworks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to connect business objectives to technical solutions and present actionable recommendations. Experience with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal agencies, particularly in federal financial management, is highly desirable. Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment and travel to federal locations when required. Benefits: Competitive estimated annual salary: Approximately $130,000 for the MC-III labor category and $180,000 for the MC-IV labor category. Full-time employment: An opportunity to contribute to a significant federal financial management systems modernization initiative. Remote work: Work remotely within the United States, with potential travel to federal facilities in Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cleveland. Professional impact: Help shape enterprise technology strategies, system consolidation plans, and modernization roadmaps for federal financial management.
