The Role We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to own end-to-end hiring, get stretch exposure to employer branding and campus recruitment, and help us build AI-powered workflows that make TA more impactful. Internship Commitment: 6-months
Drive end-to-end talent acquisition — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management — for roles across the business. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a strong, diverse candidate pipeline. Own candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer, keeping every interaction fast and human. Take on stretch projects in employer branding — content, campaigns, and initiatives that grow ShopBack's presence as an employer of choice. Plan and run campus engagement events to build our early-career talent pipeline. Build AI-powered workflows (using platforms like Claude Code, and n8n) to automate processes — and continuously look for ways AI can make TA more impactful.
Undergraduates or Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — prior Talent Acquisition, Project Management or Software Engineering internship is a plus, but mindset matters more than tenure. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable talking to candidates and hiring managers alike. A builder's curiosity: genuine interest in using AI tools to automate and improve how work gets done. Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball. A proactive, ownership-driven attitude — comfortable taking on projects outside a narrow job scope.
