Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Mexico. Join a fast-growing, remote-first technology company transforming how local businesses operate and grow through AI-powered solutions. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across Latin America, focusing primarily on customer-facing positions such as Customer Support and Onboarding. You will take ownership of the hiring journey, from understanding role requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and closing offers. Working closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team, you will help build effective hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Your regional market knowledge and data-driven approach will help identify top talent, improve recruitment processes, and overcome hiring challenges. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on team growth in an agile, collaborative environment where initiative and continuous improvement are valued.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Latin America, from initial hiring discussions and candidate sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and closing. Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, local job boards, professional communities, employee referrals, and other relevant sourcing channels. Conduct structured, high-quality recruiter screenings and provide hiring managers with clear, objective, and actionable candidate recommendations. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate expectations, establish evaluation criteria, and maintain hiring momentum. Manage multiple recruitment searches simultaneously, balancing high-volume hiring needs with specialized or niche roles. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and use recruitment pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, assess risks, and improve hiring efficiency. Develop a strong understanding of talent markets across Latin America, including candidate availability, compensation expectations, and effective sourcing strategies in different countries. Collaborate with the wider recruiting team to refine outreach methods, screening practices, interview processes, and the overall candidate experience. Communicate recruitment progress, challenges, and recommendations clearly while working effectively across time zones and with distributed teams. Contribute to scalable recruitment practices that support business growth and help attract high-quality talent throughout the region. Requirements: 3–5 years of recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment, with demonstrated ownership of full-cycle recruitment. Previous experience hiring candidates across Latin America, with a strong understanding of regional talent markets. Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates proactively. Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously, including high-volume recruitment and specialized positions. Sound judgment when evaluating candidates, with the ability to provide hiring managers with direct, evidence-based recommendations. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality. Clear communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the hiring process. Comfort working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment across multiple time zones, including availability to overlap with US working hours. Additional experience that would be an advantage: Experience recruiting for Customer Experience roles, including Customer Support, Onboarding, Customer Success, or similar functions, particularly in high-growth environments. Previous experience working at a startup or rapidly scaling company. Familiarity with Ashby or another modern applicant tracking system. Benefits: Estimated annual base salary of $50,000–$60,000 USD , converted to local currency. Comprehensive health coverage. Remote-first working environment. Unlimited paid time off (PTO). Additional employee perks and benefits. The opportunity to contribute directly to recruitment strategy and team expansion across Latin America. A fast-paced, collaborative environment that encourages ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement.
