The program has a USD 1 million stage budget. KSE states that each winner is offered a USD 5,000 grant while reserving the right to determine the final support amount individually. Applications remain open continuously until the program budget is exhausted; approximately 60% of support is planned for STEM talent.
Eligibility requirements
The program is open to talented applicants whose work, ideas or achievements can contribute to Ukraine or wider society, with no age restriction stated on the current official program page. Applications may be submitted in Ukrainian or English and are evaluated on creative energy, curiosity, originality, ambition and demonstrated ability to achieve results.
