The Foundation lists scholarship values of RM7,500 per academic year for diploma study and RM11,000–RM12,000 per academic year for degree study, depending on course. Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens and residents, demonstrate financial need, meet admission conditions for a local public university or tertiary institution, and have good STPM/SPM academic results. Current undergraduates should have a minimum CGPA of 2.80. Scholarship recipients must be willing to give up other scholarships or study loans and hold only the TSLLSF Scholarship.
