Full job description

Our Team Coordinator sits at the heart of KPMG's Brand team, helping oversee the delivery of some of the firm's most visible and high-profile projects. Working closely with our Design Team Lead and designers, you'll be the person who keeps projects moving, connects stakeholders with the right support, and helps ensure work is delivered on time and on brand. This is a highly collaborative role that combines project coordination, stakeholder management and process improvement. You'll manage the workflow across a diverse range of design projects, build strong relationships with people across the business, and support the team to deliver great work through effective processes and ways of working. You'll also support access to the firm's research and insights resources and provide occasional administrative assistance across the wider Brand team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and takes a proactive approach to keeping things running smoothly. You'll gain valuable insight into different areas of the business and play an important role within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Manage incoming design requests through the Design Team inbox, ensuring each request is responded to in a timely manner. Coordinate the day-to-day flow of design work, assigning requests to team members based on priorities, deadlines and team capacity. Keep project information, deadlines and status updates accurate and up to date within Monday.com. Work closely with the Design Team Lead to monitor workload, flag competing priorities and help keep projects moving. Schedule design briefings, team meetings and other project-related meetings as required. Build and maintain relationships with external providers, including printers, photographers and other suppliers as required. Maintain organised design folders, resources and project documentation so information is easy to find, use and manage. Support stakeholders in using the firm’s research and insights tools and accessing relevant information.

Around 3 years’ experience in an administration or coordination role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. A confident communicator who can build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Comfortable managing inboxes, workflow tools, shared folders and multiple systems or processes. Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. A strong problem solver who takes a structured and methodical approach. Customer-focused and team-oriented, with a commitment to providing responsive, high-quality support. Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team. A strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally and appropriately for different audiences.
