ABOUT THE ROLE Lead a team of approximately five Account Executives in a greenfield DACH market for an industrial procurement software company. This hands-on role combines personal quota ownership with coaching and go-to-market planning, helping industrial customers improve procurement outcomes and manage supply chain risks. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a customer segment and lead the team toward shared sales targets while carrying an individual quota.
- Coach Account Executives through structured training, performance management, and hands-on deal support.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and execution for a greenfield market alongside sales leadership.
- Join important customer conversations to shape deal strategy, support negotiations, and develop business cases.
- Coach the team on MEDDIC and strengthen discovery, negotiation, and sales process management.
- Track pipeline and performance metrics, lead reviews, and create action plans to improve win rates and deal velocity.
- Identify practical uses of AI to improve sales team productivity and share effective workflows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS, including complex, non-transactional sales.
- At least 1 year in sales leadership, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment, with experience coaching a team of approximately five.
- A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience applying and coaching structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
- Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy in a greenfield market.
- Strong strategic thinking, hands-on deal execution, resilience, and a results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in German and English. Experience with industrial customers or procurement technology is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. This is a full-time, on-site role.
