What You’ll Bring:
You combine robust enterprise and technical architecture expertise with a genuine interest in helping customers realize business value through technology transformation. You bring robust SAP knowledge, technical depth, and a structured approach to problem-solving, with hands-on experience operating SAP system installations across complex environments.
On the technical side, you bring:
- Excellent knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Administration and Operations, including cross-dependencies and integration
- Ability to review system architectures and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Solid knowledge of the full technology stack - applications, databases, and server management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or a comparable field
What You’ll Build:
As a Technical Landscape Owner, you’ll develop a deep comprehension of customer landscapes from both technical and business perspectives, including all interfaces. You'll work closely with customers to plan and manage operations. You'll coordinate upcoming changes with the Release Management team and coordinate execution accordingly. You'll ensure high availability by supporting service restoration in critical situations and working proactively to keep the landscape stable. You'll evaluate issues, conduct deep dives, and create root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement. You'll support the productization of services, including initial setup, documentation, and standardization where needed. You'll define handover criteria and ensure the operations team is ready before any customer GoLive.
Where You Belong:
You'll join the ECS MEE (Middle and Eastern Europe) organization within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. You'll be part of a ring-fenced delivery team focused on a single large-scale customer. The team provides end-to-end service across a landscape of more than 80 productive systems, including some of the largest HANA-based environments at SAP.
