That's what this role is about. As a Technical Partner Solutions Intern, you'll work directly with Aircall's technology partners throughout the integration lifecycle — helping them understand our APIs, scope their integration, navigate technical questions, launch successfully and stay engaged after release. You'll work under the guidance of the Technical Partnerships Manager and collaborate closely with our Developer Advocate and Alliance Partnerships team. You'll build hands-on experience in problem-solving, project coordination and partner support along the way. By working with different teams and partners, you'll gain broad exposure to integrations, APIs, partner management and Qualifications You have a solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and software integrations and can read technical documentation and troubleshoot common integration issues independently. You're interested in AI and the future of software integrations , and curious about how AI agents can interact with other tools and systems. You're organised and good at managing projects — you can keep track of partner milestones, follow up on actions and manage multiple workstreams and priorities at the same time. You're a clear communicator and can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You're a problem-solver — you can break down ambiguous technical questions, figure out what's happening and work towards a practical solution. You're detail-oriented and thorough — you spot edge cases, ask the right questions and make sure things don't fall through the cracks. You're self-driven and adaptable — you're comfortable managing changing priorities and taking ownership of your work. You're partner and customer-oriented — you care about the experience and outcomes of the people using what gets built, not just the technical specification. You're fluent in English and comfortable communicating with international partners and colleagues.   You have previous experience in a similar role , such as technical support, partner support, solutions engineering or technical project coordination. You have experience working with SaaS tools , such as CRMs, helpdesks or CCaaS/UCaaS platforms. You have hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth or API testing tools . You have experience creating technical documentation or partner-facing content , such as developer guides, tutorials or enablement materials. You have some familiarity with AI agents, AI integrations or MCP You'll build a strong foundation across technical solutions, APIs, SaaS integrations, partner management, developer advocacy and ecosystem development. You'll learn how integrations are scoped, built, tested, launched and supported — working directly with technology partners and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Tech Partnerships, Developer Experience and GTM teams. You'll also gain hands-on experience maintaining developer resources, improving technical documentation and supporting initiatives that engage developers and partners, plus exposure to the emerging AI ecosystem — AI agents, agentic workflows and MCP-based integrations. Most importantly, you'll develop the ability to sit between technology, partners, developers and business teams and turn technical challenges into practical solutions — a skill set that can open the door to a range of careers across Technical Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, Developer Experience, Developer Advocacy, Product and Ecosystem roles.
