ABOUT THE ROLE Join a product team building AI-powered software for temperature-controlled logistics and regulated supply chains. This hands-on role combines technical product work with product management, helping teams make timely, evidence-based decisions about sensitive shipments. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the roadmap for core product modules and AI agents, turning customer needs into clear priorities.

  • Work directly with customers in pharmaceutical logistics, quality, and supply chain operations to simplify regulated workflows.
  • Partner day to day with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams to deliver features grounded in product data.
  • Define and measure outcomes such as automated decisions, time saved, and faster product releases. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 5 years of non-internship product management or product engineering experience, including at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
  • Hands-on technical experience, including React or full-stack development.
  • Working fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with machine learning engineers.
  • Experience owning roadmaps, translating customer needs into software requirements, and measuring product outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing product discovery experience with pharma logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users.
  • Cold chain, pharmaceutical logistics, or GxP-regulated product experience is beneficial. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary is $170,000 to $200,000 annually, with equity.
