Mobileye is searching for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our R&D Program Management team. This is your chance to make a direct impact on the future of Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS), L2+, and Autonomous Vehicles.
As a TPM, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, spearheading large-scale, cross-functional projects that are pivotal to Mobileye’s success. You’ll be at the intersection of high-level strategic planning and hands-on implementation, working closely with C-level executives, engineering teams, and other key stakeholders. What will your job look like:

Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of critical projects, aligning with Mobileye’s Product Group vision.

Lead in a dynamic environment, finding creative solutions to ensure smooth execution across departments.

Leverage your hands-on software development expertise and architectural understanding to align technical implementation with business goals.

Proactively identify and remove roadblocks, enabling engineering teams to focus on innovation.

Collaborate with senior executives to deliver high-impact results, influencing strategic priorities.

Foster streamlined processes and technology improvements to reduce friction and accelerate delivery.
All you need is:
-
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
-
3-7 years of experience managing/leading software development teams.
-
Hands-on experience in software product/project management – Advantage.

Experience with DevOps and development infrastructure – Advantage.

Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, simplify complexity, and independently navigate ambiguity while staying ahead.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless interaction across all levels, from engineers to executives, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to project success.

Fluent in English and Hebrew.
