This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Territory Account Manager based in the United States. Take on a customer-facing sales role helping expand the adoption of innovative, AI-powered cardiovascular diagnostic technology across a defined territory in North Phoenix, Arizona. You will build trusted relationships with cardiologists, referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders to improve awareness and utilization of advanced cardiac diagnostic solutions. Working closely with sales, marketing, clinical, and product teams, you will develop account strategies that support customer success and sustainable growth. This position combines consultative selling, clinical education, strategic account development, and cross-functional collaboration. Success will be measured by account growth, increased use of diagnostic pathways, and achievement of sales targets. The role is remote, based from a home office, with approximately 20–25% travel.

Develop strategic accounts: Build and execute account development plans that increase adoption of cardiac CT angiography (cCTA) and fractional flow reserve derived from CT (FFRct) clinical pathways within key hospital and healthcare accounts. Grow territory performance: Drive sales growth and meet or exceed account quotas, focusing on increased cCTA conversion, FFRct penetration, case volume, and revenue growth against established baselines. Build customer relationships: Establish and strengthen relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, referring physician practices, hospital administrators, marketing teams, and other key clinical stakeholders. Educate healthcare professionals: Deliver presentations and discussions that communicate the value of advanced cardiovascular diagnostic technology and encourage appropriate clinical adoption. Coordinate customer programs: Organize and support educational dinners, physician mentorship initiatives, VIP visits, CT pathway roadshows, referring physician meetings, and other account engagement activities. Collaborate across teams: Partner with territory sales, marketing, market access, clinical applications, product development, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate resources and execute account strategies. Support customer success: Proactively identify customer needs, resolve challenges, and provide education and practical solutions that strengthen satisfaction, advocacy, and long-term engagement. Monitor account progress: Track performance against sales and adoption objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust account development activities to maximize results. Requirements Education and experience: A four-year degree with at least five years of relevant sales or clinical experience, or a two-year degree with at least seven years of relevant sales or clinical experience. Proven sales performance: Demonstrated success in sales, account management, business development, or territory growth, with a track record of achieving commercial objectives. Healthcare industry experience: Experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, radiopharmaceuticals, hospitals, or medical software is highly desirable. Clinical and technical aptitude: Ability to quickly understand complex clinical and technical information and communicate it clearly to physicians and healthcare professionals. Account development expertise: Experience building strong clinical programs, developing strategic customer relationships, and introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospital settings is strongly preferred. Knowledge of cardiovascular care: Familiarity with cardiac patient pathways, cardiovascular diagnostic technologies, cCTA, or FFRct is an advantage. Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to coordinate internal teams and resources across sales, marketing, education, training, and clinical support functions. Communication and presentation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, professional etiquette, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from varied clinical, technical, and administrative backgrounds. Organization and problem-solving: Self-motivated and capable of initiating, organizing, and completing projects while navigating challenges and performing effectively under pressure. Customer-first mindset: Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and a commitment to building customer trust and delivering meaningful value. CRM proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management platform. Travel and remote work: Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% of the time and work effectively from a home office. Benefits Base salary: $125,000 per year. Performance-based compensation: Eligible for variable pay or commission, with total target compensation of $200,000 per year, including base salary and variable compensation. Remote work: Home-office-based position supporting the North Phoenix, Arizona territory. Travel: Approximately 20–25% travel to support customer relationships, account development, and educational initiatives.
