About the role:

As a QA Test Lead, you're not just a contributor; you’re the magnifying glass that spots the sneaky bugs and the strategist that makes games BETTER.

The Quest:

• Work with the industry's finest: Hand-in-hand with our partners to make their games better and more enjoyable for everyone.
• Lead your own team: Lead a team of bug busters to put the assurance in quality, and ensure that they grow as well.
• Collaboration Champion: Team up with fellow masterminds across functions to weave quality into the very fabric of our games.
• Scenario Strategist: Craft and navigate test cases that are robust and insightful, gaining exposure to various platforms (iOS, Android, PC, Consoles, Web).

The Skills:

• Proficiency with QA processes and methodologies, navigating them with finesse and expertise.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor your team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
• Talent for conveying knowledge to junior peers.
• Sixth sense for defect identification, research, and communication. Bugs don’t stand a chance!
• Skill in managing test cases within tight timelines.
• Fluency in English, conveying ideas with clarity, charisma, and precision, both in writing and in person.
