We need a TikTok Shop Livestreaming Manager to lead, execute, and optimize high-performing livestream commerce experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, commerce, and data, and who is excited to collaborate closely with both brand partners and the TikTok platform. This is a full-time role and will work onsite in Los Angeles.

Plan, manage, and execute TikTok Shop livestream sessions with a strong focus on driving GMV, engagement, and conversion Coordinate livestream schedules, scripts, product placements, and promotional strategies aligned with broader marketing campaigns Develop and refine livestream content strategies to improve viewer retention, storytelling, and overall production quality Recruit, onboard, train, and manage livestream hosts to ensure engaging, on-brand, and high-energy performances Monitor and moderate livestreams in real time to ensure smooth execution, brand safety, and compliance with TikTok Shop policies Analyze livestream performance metrics and deliver recap reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners and collaborate closely with TikTok representatives on tools, trends, and best practices

1+ year of hands-on experience managing or hosting TikTok Shop livestreams with proven performance results Strong understanding of TikTok Shop’s live features, content ecosystem, and e-commerce operations Energetic, confident communicator with the ability to motivate hosts and lead livestream execution end-to-end Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English, with strong presentation and client-facing communication skills Experience in Fashion or Beauty & Personal Care livestreaming (preferred) Ability to independently film, edit, and produce short-form video content for promotional and brand use Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and quickly adjust strategies Proactive, adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments

Consistently delivering livestreams that meet or exceed GMV, engagement, and conversion targets Translating livestream performance data into clear insights and measurable improvements over time Maintaining strong relationships with brand partners and TikTok stakeholders through clear communication and execution Ensuring hosts are well-trained, prepared, and consistently aligned with brand and campaign objectives

This role offers exposure to global brands, direct collaboration with TikTok, and hands-on experience across social commerce strategy, content, and performance analytics. High performers will have opportunities to grow into senior livestream, social commerce, or platform partnership leadership roles within Pattern.

You will work with Account Managers and be supervised by the Head of Live for TikTok Shop. This team is data-driven, results-oriented, and highly collaborative, with ideas and input encouraged from all.
