This role will support trade marketing initiatives across Sephora, Sephora at Kohl’s, Sephora Mexico and digital channels, including PDP support, asset creation, launches, reporting, and merchandising programs such as GWPs and sampling. Ideal candidates are highly organized, strong communicators with solid Excel skills and an interest in both creative execution and data analysis. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to cross‑functional retail marketing and an opportunity to immerse yourself in the Korean beauty industry while making a meaningful impact.   Principal Accountabilities The candidate would be responsible for tasks such as: Support scalable retail marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and increase sales Assist with Sephora PDP support, including copy updates, asset uploads, audits, and ongoing maintenance. Conduct weekly audits and regular store checks to ensure in‑store and online assets are accurately represented, optimized, and aligned with brand standards across channels. Support asset briefs, assisting with creative briefs and coordinating assets for Sephora, Sephora Mexico, DTC, and Amazon. Assist with NPF and launch execution support, including tracker updates, deadline tracking, and coordination with cross‑functional partners. Support Sephora sampling and GWPs through order placement assistance, inventory tracking, and coordination with logistics and operations teams. Help maintain key trackers and files, including launch calendars, assortment files, and reporting documents. Support Visual Merchandising updates by assisting with assortment file delivery, artwork uploads, and deadline tracking. Assist in compiling channel recaps, reporting, and performance summaries to support monthly and HQ marketing updates. Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, product marketing, consumer marketing, influencer, and social teams Maintain trade closet inventory and support merchant gifting, comps, and event needs.  Support product ordering for the Trade team and assist with invoice submission tracking.  Maintain a pulse on beauty retail and trade marketing best practices, trends, and competitive activity.  Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.   Key Experience And Skills Qualification and Experience A recent graduate or currently a rising Junior/Senior enrolled in an undergraduate program Currently pursuing or obtained a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Must be NYC-based and able to commute to the NYC office in a hybrid schedule Passion for skincare, and beauty industry Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities Strong Excel skills for trackers and reporting Strong PowerPoint skills for clear, polished recaps Skills & Personal Attributes Resourceful, motivated go-getter Respected team player Innovative problem solver Attentive to detail Multi-functional and project management skills Able to work under pressure and tight schedule Adapt to changes and environment quickly Thinks innovatively and delivers new ideas Ability to work independently/be a self-starter Energizes and enables others
