This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transactions Closing, Analyst based in Canada. This is a fully remote role focused on ensuring real estate transactions are accurately reviewed, documented, and closed on time. You will manage multiple transactions across several platforms while verifying critical dates, documentation, funding eligibility, and agent and team splits. The role requires strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of the real estate transaction lifecycle. You will work closely with agents, transaction teams, colleagues, and supervisors to keep deals progressing smoothly and resolve issues when they arise. Success in this position depends on organization, responsiveness, customer service, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also contribute to a collaborative virtual workplace where clear communication and ownership are essential.
Review and close real estate transactions accurately and efficiently across EZMax, Broker Wolf, and TRX, ensuring all required information is complete before closing. Determine whether transactions qualify for eXpress Pay and add eligible transactions to the appropriate funding sheet. Verify agent and team commission splits and ensure funds are allocated correctly in EZMax and Broker Wolf before transactions are finalized. Confirm that all required transaction documentation has been received and that key dates are accurate across all relevant platforms. Maintain up-to-date productivity records and ensure the current status of assigned transactions is accurately reflected. Communicate transaction status and relevant updates with agents and transaction department colleagues following closing dates. Attend required virtual meetings, provide progress updates, and actively contribute to team discussions and shared projects. Manage assigned workload efficiently, prioritize deadlines, and remain responsive during agreed-upon working hours. Follow established policies and procedures related to data security, confidentiality, documentation, and remote collaboration. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, identify potential issues proactively, and support additional tasks or projects as required. Requirements: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience, with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience. Bring experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of the real estate transaction lifecycle and transaction closing processes. Demonstrate clear understanding of EZMax and preferably have experience with Broker Wolf, SkySlope, and TRX. Possess expert knowledge of Agent ICA and Team Contracts and understand how these documents affect transaction processing and commission structures. Have strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in documentation, dates, transaction information, and financial allocations. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-service orientation and the ability to communicate clearly with agents, colleagues, and supervisors. Bring strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and active-listening skills, with the ability to assess concerns and develop practical solutions. Be agile, flexible, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of individual responsibilities while contributing to shared team goals. Have proficient knowledge of G Suite; Microsoft Office experience is an advantage. Demonstrate experience working remotely and have a dedicated, professional home-office or workspace. Be comfortable using online platforms, software, and remote collaboration tools, with advanced Trello experience considered an advantage. Have experience coordinating events or group activities, with the ability to manage communication and logistics across multiple participants.
