About The Role: You're excited about helping people and want to learn how to support customers in a fun, fast-paced environment. You'll do things like answering customer emails, chats, and texts, scheduling meetings, welcoming customers into our video meeting room, and keeping track of who's waiting and who's called in. You're comfortable working alongside a team that cares about doing a great job, and you're ready to learn new skills like managing your time, staying organized, and communicating clearly. To do well in this role, you'll want to be confident, friendly, and positive, even when things get busy. You'll often be the first person a customer talks to, so making a good first impression matters. Being able to manage your time and stay on top of things will help you succeed. At HighLevel, everyone stays on camera during calls with customers, teammates, and managers. Learning how to understand different customer needs and communication styles so every customer feels welcomed Greeting customers, keeping the call queue updated, managing the waiting room, and replying to texts and emails Setting up basic customer account info when needed Answering calls, chats, and emails and booking appointments for the team Keeping track of customer info and making sure tasks get passed to the right team member using our CRM system Helping create good habits for how our video waiting room should run Entering information into spreadsheets or updating calendars Answering and forwarding phone calls Sending customers short surveys to rate their experience Keeping an eye on our systems to make sure everything's working properly Helping urgent customer issues get handled quickly Helping the team stay organized by setting reminders and managing the task pipeline Learning more about our products by joining team meetings and trainings Being flexible — other tasks might come up as the business changes
A high school diploma or GED (or working toward one) Good communication skills in English; comfortable explaining things clearly to customers No prior experience required — we'll train you! Any past experience answering calls, scheduling, or helping customers is a nice bonus, not a requirement Willingness to learn tools like Google Calendar Friendly phone, email, and chat communication style Ability to stay organized and find information quickly Comfortable juggling a few tasks at once in a fast-paced day Patience and good listening skills A positive, easygoing attitude with customers Comfortable adjusting your tone depending on who you're talking to Enjoys building good first impressions with people Able to work from home, on camera, in a quiet space Reliable high-speed internet at home Open to a flexible schedule, including some mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays Comfortable using a Mac with multiple monitors, and open to learning tools like Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Excel
