Tulī Takes Flight scholarships support eligible Pacific learners in full-time New Zealand tertiary study or training in 2027, with annual awards of NZ$12,500 for vocational or undergraduate study and NZ$17,500 for postgraduate study.

Awards can support one, two or three years of study. Vocational awards cover NZQA levels 4–7 at NZ$12,500 per year; undergraduate awards are NZ$12,500 per year; postgraduate awards at degree level and above are NZ$17,500 per year. Funding may be used for course costs and living costs such as accommodation, transport and childcare.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be enrolled or in the process of enrolling in full-time tertiary study or training in New Zealand, be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, have lived in New Zealand for the previous three years, and be of indigenous Pacific cultural heritage. Applicants must also meet the age/education requirements and the track-specific rules for new-to-study or continuing-study applicants.
