Complete internship details
The internship pool covers one-to-six-month placements at UNESCO headquarters, field offices and institutes. Interns may contribute to research, programme support, policy analysis, data work, drafting, coordination or knowledge products aligned with UNESCO's natural and social science priorities. Applications remain in a candidate pool and are reviewed when a suitable placement need arises.
Eligibility requirements
Candidates must meet UNESCO's education, language and availability requirements for internships. Applications are completed in English or French. Applicants should be able to provide proof of education and any requested English or French translations. Entry into the pool does not guarantee a placement.
