The position provides technical leadership, coordination and managerial support for the Global Health Cluster, including strategy, programme delivery, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, partnerships and humanitarian health response. Requirements & qualifications
An advanced university degree at Master's level in a clinical discipline, public health, disaster management or a related field is required. Candidates need at least 10 years of professional experience managing emergency or humanitarian operations response, including health policy and strategy work, human and financial resource management, interagency collaboration and international-level experience. Expert English is required; French and another WHO language are desirable.
