Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring that existing internal controls and risk management practices in the group are strictly adhered to.

Responsible for keeping the Group Head abreast of all occurrences in the Group through a quality and robust Quality Assurance report.

Coordinate Group meetings and training.

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Ensure GL reconciliation checks are accurate and escalate exceptions.

Supervise periodic spot checks and process audits across key E-business Operations functions.

Monitor adherence to regulatory and internal SLA timelines (e.g., CBN SLA for reversals).

Support internal/external audit reviews and respond to QA-related queries.
Skills/Competencies
- Ability to lead a team and make sound judgments based on evidence and QA findings.
- Familiarity with core banking systems (e.g., Flexcube), switching platforms, and digital banking interfaces.
- Understanding of governing principles and rules of E-business operations.
- Ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, or deviations in data or processes.
- Use of MS office Excel, SQL, or BI tools to investigate and report findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Working closely with operations, compliance, IT, or other relevant teams.
- Handling discrepancies or quality concerns tactfully.
Qualification

First degree in any Discipline with a minimum of Second-Class honors.

Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage
Professional Membership
A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
