The official scholarship page lists 100% fee remission and benefits worth up to AUD 138,000. Fee-offset support can cover up to two years for a research master's or four years for a doctoral degree. Stipend-and-fee-offset awards include a living allowance of AUD 39,500 per year at the 2026 full-time rate, relocation support and, for eligible international students, single Overseas Student Health Cover.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must have applied for and meet the entry requirements for a graduate research degree at the University of Melbourne, or already be enrolled in an eligible graduate research degree. New applicants are automatically considered when they submit an eligible graduate research course application by the relevant course closing date.
