The University of Milan is accepting 2026/27 Regional Scholarship applications through 30 September 2026 for eligible students meeting income and merit requirements.

Regional scholarships support the right to higher education and consist of a cash amount plus free refectory access. Final winners receive complete exemption from university fees and one free midday meal Monday through Saturday; partial winners receive a 50% fee exemption. Applications are submitted through the Online Helpdesk from 10 July to 30 September 2026.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be regularly enrolled in an eligible University of Milan degree programme and meet the current call's academic-merit and income requirements. The university lists exclusions for certain vocational master's, medical-specialization and already-funded PhD cases, as well as duplicate-benefit and other ineligible study statuses.
