The Iraqi Ministry announced the 2027 University of Tsukuba master’s scholarship route for non-employees in Economic and Public Policy. PEPP’s current official admission page says scholarship applications open 1 October 2026 and close 15 November 2026 at 23:59 JST. Scholarship grants may be provided through the Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program or ADB-JSP when available. PEPP lists full tuition and fees, round-trip economy travel plus travel allowance, a monthly living stipend and national health insurance for scholarship recipients.
Eligibility requirements
PEPP applicants need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and normally 16 years of education, English proficiency and good health. World Bank scholarship applicants must meet the current World Bank criteria, including nationality from an eligible country; the current World Bank eligible-country page includes Iraq.
