Provider: U.S. Air Force ROTC This scholarship is open to first- and second-year undergraduate students. Applicants must have a qualified Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board (DoDMERB) physical exam, be willing to serve at least four years on active duty post-graduation, complete military training, and enroll in the Air Force ROTC.
