Work closely with project managers to manage project scope, prioritize requirements, resolve issues, and support timely delivery. Assist with data migration validation, integration testing, deployment activities, and post-go-live support. Build trusted client relationships and provide guidance throughout the CRM implementation lifecycle. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to streamline business processes and maximize the value of the Veeva platform. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines extensive business analysis experience with hands-on Veeva CRM expertise and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial and medical operations. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes, particularly Sales, Medical, and Commercial Operations. Practical experience with one or more Veeva CRM modules, including Core CRM, CLM, Approved Email, MyInsights, Engage, Events Management, Align, or Medical CRM. Proven ability to facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, and collaborate directly with business stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies. Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing, defect management, and production releases. Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced consulting environment. A collaborative, client-focused mindset and the ability to build productive relationships with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
