Risk Management and Resilience: Develop strategies to mitigate supply disruptions, supplier concentration, capacity constraints, geopolitical challenges, and other operational risks. Lead organizational adaptation as business needs and market conditions evolve. Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and measurable improvement targets across a 12–24-month planning horizon to monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, costs, quality, and overall operational effectiveness. Organizational Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain organization, including senior leaders and Director-level teams, while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Sales to align supply chain capabilities with customer requirements, product roadmaps, deployment schedules, and commercial priorities. Scalable Infrastructure and Processes: Establish the systems, tools, governance, and operating processes required to support rapid growth and increasingly complex global supply chain operations. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, operations, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced supply chain certification is preferred. Executive Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of supply chain leadership experience, including experience managing and developing Director-level teams and leading complex, cross-functional organizations. Global Supply Chain Expertise: Demonstrated success scaling global supply chain operations across multiple markets, regions, or countries, ideally within a high-growth infrastructure business. Sourcing and Procurement: Extensive knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance optimization. Hardware and Infrastructure Experience: Proven experience managing the supply chain for server hardware, data center equipment, computing platforms, or related technology infrastructure. Manufacturing and Logistics: Strong expertise in manufacturing partnerships, production planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, distribution, and logistics operations. Industry Background: Previous experience in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, data centers, defense technology, compute platforms, or a closely related sector is required. Experience in a relevant high-growth infrastructure business is particularly valuable. Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex supply chain data, identify operational improvement opportunities, manage costs, and make data-driven decisions. Risk and Resilience Management: Experience identifying supply chain vulnerabilities, managing supplier concentration, addressing capacity limitations, and implementing contingency plans to maintain operational continuity. Negotiation and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners at executive level.
