The position is a fixed line across weekdays with specific work days by negotiation.What you will doAs Video Conferencing Officer, you will coordinate video conferences involving people in custody.You will work with prison staff, courts, lawyers and other service providers.You will:keep accurate schedules for court appearances and legal conferencesprovide timely information about prisoner locations and bookingsmanage bookings in the AVL Scheduler and use prison resources wellrecord clear data, correspondence and booking informationgive practical advice and basic help with video conferencing issues.About youThere are no mandatory qualifications for this role.
