Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Marketing based in the United States. Lead the next stage of growth for an innovative AI-powered healthcare technology business transforming modern dentistry. As VP of Marketing, you will build and scale a revenue-driven marketing organization that strengthens enterprise pipeline, accelerates sales, and establishes category leadership. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a central role in shaping company strategy and aligning Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success around a unified go-to-market vision. You will develop demand generation programs across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments while expanding market reach through strategic partnerships and customer lifecycle initiatives. This role combines hands-on execution with executive leadership, offering the opportunity to create scalable marketing systems and measurable commercial impact. Your work will help dental professionals deliver better care and improve patient outcomes through technology already used in clinical practice.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will own marketing performance, establish a repeatable go-to-market engine, and align brand, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives with business growth objectives. Revenue and pipeline growth: Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets across enterprise, mid-market dental service organizations (DSOs), and SMB segments, with accountability for measurable revenue outcomes. Demand generation: Build scalable, segment-specific programs, including enterprise account-based marketing (ABM), mid-market awareness campaigns, and high-volume SMB inbound initiatives. Market expansion: Develop targeted campaigns to increase penetration among mid-market DSOs and strengthen the company's presence across key customer segments. Brand and category leadership: Define and communicate a compelling market position for AI-powered dental care, differentiating the platform from competing solutions. Messaging and thought leadership: Develop a unified platform narrative, lead PR and thought leadership initiatives, and create evidence-based sales materials that demonstrate customer value and return on investment. Enterprise sales enablement: Partner with Sales leadership to refine ideal customer profiles, account segmentation, pipeline coverage, and strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Channel and partner marketing: Build partner-led demand generation, co-marketing, channel enablement, and scalable partner onboarding programs. Customer lifecycle marketing: Develop retention, expansion, nurture, and advocacy programs that increase customer lifetime value and help reduce churn. Product and go-to-market strategy: Collaborate with Product and Sales on pricing, packaging, launches, and market expansion, incorporating customer insights and competitive intelligence into commercial decisions. Marketing team leadership: Build and lead a high-performing organization across demand generation, product marketing, brand, customer marketing, and marketing operations. Marketing systems and performance: Establish scalable attribution, analytics, and revenue operations processes to track performance across segments and channels. Continuous improvement: Foster a culture of accountability, speed, collaboration, and experimentation, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketing leader with a strong track record of translating marketing strategy into predictable pipeline and revenue growth. You should combine strategic storytelling and category creation with the analytical capabilities and operational discipline needed to scale a B2B business. 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in marketing leadership roles. Demonstrated success scaling marketing from early traction to repeatable, sustainable growth. Proven ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customer segments. Strong expertise in either product marketing or demand generation, with experience supporting complex B2B SaaS sales cycles. Experience across channel and partner marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and brand development. A builder mindset, with a willingness to remain hands-on while setting strategic direction and developing scalable processes. Strong analytical capabilities and experience with marketing operations, attribution, performance measurement, and revenue operations. Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills, with the ability to align Marketing, Sales, and Product around a unified go-to-market strategy. Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, particularly in executive and commercial environments. A genuine interest in improving healthcare and making a positive impact on patients' lives. Bonus qualifications: Experience in healthcare, artificial intelligence, or other regulated industries. Experience marketing to clinicians, healthcare providers, or healthcare systems. A track record at category-defining companies or experience creating demand in emerging markets. Benefits: Base salary: $230,000–$270,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Additional compensation: Meaningful equity and potential bonus opportunities, depending on the overall compensation package. Paid time off: Unlimited PTO. Dental and vision coverage: 100% company-paid dental and vision insurance. Medical coverage: Generous employer contributions toward medical insurance. Executive impact: Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to influence company strategy and growth. Meaningful mission: Help advance AI technology already being used in clinical practice to support dental professionals and improve patient outcomes. Collaborative culture: Join a team that values shared ownership, open communication, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving. Growth opportunity: Build the marketing organization, systems, and go-to-market foundation for the next stage of business expansion. Inclusive workplace: Work in an environment committed to equitable opportunities and a diverse, supportive team.
