Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests with a genuine smile, creating an inviting atmosphere
- Take orders accurately and provide insightful menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring every aspect of the dining experience is perfect
- Maintain a chic and organized dining space that reflects our luxury standard
- Attend to guests' special requests and dietary needs with cheerfulness
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints gracefully and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in fine dining is preferred, but a powerful passion for hospitality can make up for it!
- Knowledge of wines and spirits is a bonus that helps elevate guest experience
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros is a plus, but we can train you!
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in service
- Professional demeanor complemented by a positive, can-do attitude
- Legal eligibility to work in Greece is essential
