We are looking to hire a Plant Operator for our medical waste treatment Facility in Ellenwood, GA. A Warehouse Associate has a widely varying role, from checking in containers, double checking paperwork, moving/unloading specific waste containers, recertifying 55 gallon drums, and weighing incoming sharps containers. The ideal candidate is an individual who likes variety in their work and can think through practical problems.

Weigh incoming regulated medical waste containers (using our Weighbridge) Load/operate our autoclave machine (a pressure chamber to melt materials) Recertifying 55 Gallon drums Counting universal waste (lightbulbs, batteries, etc.) and adding them to the manifest Experience in training others Lifting up to 75 lbs and handling 55 gallon drums Provide attention to detail, especially with the paperwork required to process these items Standing for extended periods of time happily and comfortably Working well with a team because we are all about team work!
“Can‑do” attitude and commitment to safe, efficient work Experience in a labor‑intensive, warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing job Proven reliability and tenure with previous employers Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Comfortable working around medical and universal waste with PPE Able to stay productive without constant supervision and look for the next task Takes ownership when something is wrong and follows through on corrections Works respectfully with coworkers and leaders, even under pressure Looking for stable, long‑term work to support personal and family responsibilities
Job stability – as an essential service to healthcare we are non-seasonal and recession proof. Consistent work hours- Monday to Friday 3rd Shift (8PM-5AM) Benefits: Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave! DIRECT HIRE – This is a Full-time DIRECT HIRE of 40 hours per week! Competitive salary – This position is offering a set rate (non-Negotiable) of $20.00 per hour!
