Wealth & Asset Management The Wealth & Asset Management division (WAM) serves a wide range of client segments, including high-net-worth individuals, business families, private equity firms, institutional investors and corporate clients. WAM has approximately 2000 employees across 15 markets: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Luxembourg, the UK, Ireland, Singapore, Poland and Switzerland.

What You Will Do As an intern within PWS, you will be working hands-on with in our team to gain insight into what we do daily across our three areas of expertise; taxation, family law and insurance. You will contribute directly to client matters relating to taxation, family law and insurance. Your responsibilities may include drafting legal documents, preparing tax returns for review, researching legal and insurance issues, reviewing transactions, and providing administrative support to the team and support in digitalization and automation. We also aim to give you the opportunity to observe client meetings and prepare relevant materials in advance/after the meeting.

Who Are You? We are looking for an ambitious and focused individual with a genuine interest in our areas of expertise (taxation, family law and insurance) in a financial-services context. You are curious, proactive and collaborative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a team player, work in a structured way and communicate clearly. As this client segment requires handling of highly sensitive personal and financial information, the role demands the utmost discretion, integrity and strict adherence to confidentiality. An interest in modern technology, automation and AI – and how these tools can support legal work – is a plus. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Law, Economics, Finance or equivalent. • You have studied at least 2 years at university level. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients. • Excellent oral and written Swedish and English skills. • A proactive mindset and an eagerness to learn new skills, with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks/projects forward independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
