ABOUT THE ROLE As a working student in Content and Brand, you will shape how a B2B marketing services company communicates across social media, video, and sales materials. You will help build a consistent brand presence and create content that supports the company's growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write LinkedIn posts, hooks, storylines, and carousels for company and founder accounts.
- Concept, film, edit, and produce video and image content, including short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes material.
- Maintain consistent branding across the website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates.
- Plan and manage a content calendar, publishing regularly and keeping production moving.
- Review content performance, identify effective formats, and use results to guide future content. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You are currently enrolled as a student and can work 16 to 20 hours per week, ideally for at least 12 months.
- You have C2-level or native German proficiency and experience creating LinkedIn content, with an understanding of what performs on the platform.
- You have experience writing marketing or brand content for B2B audiences, ideally in software or SaaS.
- You can produce video end to end and use CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent editing software.
- You have used Figma, Canva, or similar tools for visual assets, decks, and marketing materials.
- You can manage a content calendar, analyze performance metrics, and apply insights to content planning.
- You are proactive, comfortable working independently, and can share a portfolio or examples of your work. Photography and on-location production experience are helpful. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany, near Rosenthaler Platz. The schedule is 16 to 20 hours per week.
