The university’s Financial Aid Office manages merit-based aid, grants, scholarships, work-study, need-based support and land-grant scholarships. Newly admitted students present their admission letter to the Financial Aid Office to obtain a financial-aid or scholarship form. Returning students submit grade sheets two weeks before registration. Selection depends on the applicable scholarship criteria and available funding, and students may not receive more than one scholarship or financial-aid offer in the same semester.
Eligibility requirements
Eligibility varies by aid route. Returning-student selection considers GPA, and donor-selected beneficiaries must satisfy the university’s minimum standards, including at least a 2.5 GPA, at least 12 credit hours and no disciplinary probation.
