We are working with different departments and agencies on delivering our flagship and internal events. By joining this thriving event team you will get hands-on experience on delivering first class customer events and how to make an impact in the business. The Role: As a Working Student in Global Events & Experiences EMEA you join our Global Events Team in Munich to focus on supporting the planning, coordination and execution of our EMEA Events. Your main responsibilities will be supporting Celosphere, our flagship Event in Munich in November. You will gain experience in supporting the planning and execution of a flagship event, will be responsible for your own topics within this project and you will work closely with our agency and internal departments. Furthermore you will get your own project to manage and drive. The work you’ll do: Support our flagship event Celosphere through the planning and execution phase and be responsible for your own topics within this project. Coordinate and manage the event storage and develop an inventory process. You coordinate both external agencies and service providers as well as internal departments, and carry out research activities independently and conscientiously Coordinate and organize team workshops and help preparing the agenda and documents Always keep track of the current planning status of your tasks and keep an eye on time management The qualifications you need: Current Bachelor’s/Master’s student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, business, or other related degree Prior internship experience is a plus Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines Approach projects with a sense of urgency and demonstrate a proactive follow-up and strong follow-through mentality Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and a positive can do attitude Strong and effective communicational skills Fluent in English and German What Celonis Can Offer You: The unique opportunity to work with industry-leading process mining technology Investment in your personal growth and skill development (clear career paths, internal mobility opportunities, L&D platform, mentorships, and more) Great compensation and benefits packages (equity (restricted stock units), life insurance, time off, generous leave for new parents from day one, and more).
