ABOUT THIS ROLE Based in Berlin, we are looking for a motivated Working Student (Werkstudent) in Knowledge Management for Customer Service (m/f/x). Put aside your experiences or perceptions of customer service — at Audible, we are building the future of AI-powered self-service at global scale.

In this role you will support the Global Knowledge Management team in creating, localizing, and maintaining AI-optimized support content across multiple platforms and marketplaces. You will work alongside experienced content strategists, AI specialists, and localization experts in a fast-moving, international team.

ABOUT YOU You are a curious, technically minded person who is excited about AI and how it is transforming content creation and knowledge management. You enjoy working with language and technology in equal measure and bring strong attention to detail. You are comfortable working in an international environment, proactive in seeking clarity, and eager to learn how AI tools and automation can make knowledge work faster, better, and more scalable.

As a Working Student — Knowledge Management & AI Content Operations (Nordic Languages), you will...

  • Create, update, and localize support content for Help Center, internal knowledge bases, and AI-powered channels (chatbot, agent assist)
  • Use AI tools to draft, optimize, and format content across multiple surfaces — applying prompt engineering techniques to improve output quality
  • Build and test basic AI workflows and automation for repetitive content tasks (alerts, formatting, cross-marketplace publishing)
  • Support AI-assisted localization workflows: coordinate AI first-pass translations, validate quality, and flag marketplace-specific adaptation needs
  • Validate and refine AI-generated content for accuracy, brand voice, and regulatory compliance — applying AI governance standards
  • Support product launch content readiness by gathering requirements and creating/updating content within defined timelines
  • Maintain content across platforms ensuring consistency between Help Center, CS Assistant, and AI surfaces
  • Track content performance metrics (usage, helpfulness) and flag improvement opportunities based on data
  • Document AI workflows, automation processes, and best practices; contribute to team knowledge sharing and training
