Let’s shoot for the stars: We want to be the first choice in travel for everyone, everywhere, and that means growing responsibly. At Limehome, sustainability isn't an afterthought: it's built into our DNA through digital-first operations, smart resource efficiency, and total transparency in how we measure our progress. As our Working Student ESG (m/f/d), you’ll take charge of your own topics and directly contribute to our ESG goals. Ready to make a real impact? How you’ll be hosting with heart: Support our carbon accounting and ensure our data is rock-solid and accurate. Take ownership of tracking energy and consumption data across all our Limehomes. Contribute directly to our Sustainability Report by analyzing key data points and drafting impactful texts. Help bring our sustainability efforts to life – from our website touchpoints right into our Limehomes. Collaborate with suppliers and operational partners to build more responsible and sustainable workflows. Take full responsibility for defined projects and shape your own area of impact from day one. What you need to shoot for the stars: You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or a related field. You bring a highly structured, detail-oriented way of working and simply enjoy working with numbers and data. You have a strong interest in modern tools, systems, process automation, and how AI can make work smarter. You are proactive, eager to learn, and excited to take ownership of your workstreams early on. Why you’ll love your stay with us: Onboarding and Feedback: We ensure a smooth start with our well-thought-out onboarding process. Regular feedback and peer reviews further support your personal and professional development. OneTeam: An open corporate culture with team stand-ups, regular all-hands meetings, and company events (summer party, Oktoberfest/Wiesn,...). All for our Limehomies: Up to 24 paid vacation days per year, discounts at Urban Sports Club, mental health support (Nilo.health), staycations at one of our Limehomes, and many other perks. Competitive Salary: Our fair compensation for working students—€15/h (Bachelor) / €17/h (Master) enables you to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. Free Drinks and Snacks: Fresh fruit, healthy snacks, and chocolate, as well as coffee and soft drinks, are available to you free of charge.
