Provider: Zonta International In order to be eligible for this scholarship you must be a young woman between 16 and 19 years of age (as of April 1 on the year of application), be actively committed to volunteerism, have experience in local government, student government, or professional/workplace leadership, and have volunteer leadership experience and achievements, in addition to meeting other requirements.
