Your responsibilities ALEMI is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our operational backbone — from forecasting and production orders to inbound logistics, stock, and cost control. You'll be the person who keeps product moving reliably from our production partners to our warehouse and stores, while building the processes and KPI discipline that let us scale. Forecasting & product launches — Own demand forecasting and order management with our production partners, and drive new products from setup through to launch-ready operational data in the relevant systems Inbound logistics & stock — Plan cost-efficient, timely inbound transportation and manage stock levels across warehouse and our stores to hit availability targets and avoid out-of-stock situations Process oversight & automation — Own core fulfillment execution, and continuously drive automation and quality improvements across order management, stock, and logistics Cost management & KPI reporting — Monitor logistics costs against plan, validate invoices, and own the operations KPI reporting (GetKLAR) Strategic partnership — Act as the key operational partner across Product, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners, continuously improving warehouse and logistics processes Project management — Lead cross-team projects to continuously improve the operations set-up Packaging — Ensure reliable packaging material supply across our partners and locations Your profile Several years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management, ideally in fashion, e-commerce, or retail Track record of owning a function end-to-end, incl. inventory planning, demand forecasting, and cost/KPI frameworks Strong affinity for AI and automation tools, with a genuine drive to make processes more efficient Vision and clear understanding of what a state of the art operations set-up and process looks like A true hands-on mentality — as comfortable executing as designing the process Confident managing external partners and aligning cross-functional teams Comfortable with e-commerce and operations tools, e.g. Shopify, Claude, Notion Structured, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven working style Fluent in English and German; Italian is a plus Full-time (100%), based in or around Munich (office option in Munich), but remote-first way of working Your benefits Bootstrapped and long-term oriented start-up, allowing you to take responsibility and actively shape the growth path of ALEMI Competitive salary and ALEMI product perks, e.g. an ALEMI bag of your choice as a sign-on bonus, 30% discount on all products, and a special ALEMI birthday present Fair holiday and absence regulation, i.e. 30 days of paid leave per year for full-time employees, sabbatical, and additional days off on special occasions Remote-first working setup without core hours or face time An individual learning & development path, e.g. a yearly budget for external training, coaching & conferences, internal knowledge-sharing sessions, and regular feedback & development talks An inspiring team and culture: an ambitious team with strong ownership, female leadership, an output-oriented culture with a “don’t ask for permission, ask for forgiveness” mentality Regular virtual and onsite team events The latest IT and software set-up, e.g. Shopify, Claude, Notion, GetKLAR, Personio Unlimited Claude Tokens to build your dream set-up (if justified) Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
