Amazon Prime Video is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our AVOD business serves millions of customers in India with free, ad-supported content across genres and formats.

We are looking for a versatile Growth Manager who is responsible for designing and executing the strategy to drive Prime Video AVOD growth in India. This person will lead programs and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, viewership growth, and audience building for Prime Vidoe AVOD business. They will work in collaboration with Product, Programming, Marketing, Engagement, and Content teams to define priorities and key projects that drive growth. This role will also focus on upper funnel growth, industry benchmarking, and deep customer understanding. As a result of the broad scope and critical nature of the position, the role will interact with leadership at multiple levels.

Key job responsibilities

• Drive growth and customer acquisition initiatives for AVOD across teams in India
• Create and execute comprehensive strategies in partnership with central marketing team to bring new customers to Prime Video AVOD across all channels — web, mobile, Living Room Devices
• Own and present to senior leadership key performance metrics on customer acquisition, viewership and top of funnel growth
• Build and leverage strategic relationships with internal and external partner teams to drive key performance metrics
• Drive rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration; use data to measure and understand customer behaviour and apply those insights broadly
• Collaborate with other teams of the Prime Video org including Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Programming, Finance, Engagement to drive customer acquisition and viewership growth

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience in streaming, digital media, consumer internet businesses or business consulting
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional growth programs
• Experience managing and measuring performance across various channels
• Experience build and driving strategy and plans through stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing external partners to develop growth or marketing programs
• Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
• Understanding of the Indian entertainment and content ecosystem
