The institutional announcement states support for tuition for eight semesters up to IDR 5,000,000, living costs of IDR 1,100,000 per month, transport/boarding or accommodation support of IDR 1,000,000 per month, IDR 1,500,000 for thesis research, and graduation costs. Registration runs from 21 August through 25 September 2026 and documents are uploaded as one PDF through IPB's Student Portal.

Applicants must be Indonesian citizens, new IPB University S1/D4 cohort 63 students entering in 2026, age 22 or younger, and have either an average grade-12 report score of at least 8.00/10 or documented provincial-level achievement in the listed fields. They must come from an economically disadvantaged household supported by a current 2026 SKTM and parental/guardian income evidence, must not receive another education scholarship, and must maintain a semester performance index of at least 2.80 under the programme rule.
