BECAL Opportunities

BECAL’s 1 September 2026 announcement states that 84 scholarships are being offered across self-managed postgraduate and mobility tracks, public-sector master’s routes and assisted language-renewal opportunities. The published allocation includes doctoral, master’s, specialization, undergraduate mobility and postdoctoral routes. The call is financed through FEEI and IDB resources. Because benefit amounts differ by track and the umbrella announcement does not state one universal award value, no single funding amount is invented here.

Eligibility depends on the selected BECAL track. The current announcement includes route-specific conditions for science/technology/innovation programmes, private-sector workers, public servants, undergraduate mobility and other categories. Applicants should use the corresponding current Guide of Bases and Conditions for their chosen track.
