Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us in China.

Roles & Responsibilities: For this Marketing role, the primary responsibility is to be accountable for marketing assistance and relevant tasks while provide support other marketing activities. The detailed responsibilities are:

• Social CRM Campaign Workflow: Design, build, and manage end-to-end campaign workflows within social CRM platforms synced, including audience targeting, content triggering, journey orchestration, and follow-up automation.
• Leads Generation & Qualification: Track and monitor inbound leads from marketing channels; maintain lead scoring models and qualification criteria to identify high-intent sellers and route qualified leads to seller nurturing team.
• Seller Segmentation & Campaign Support: Build and maintain seller segment lists based on product tags and engagement data; support marketing campaign outreach by providing targeted audience pools and personalized content recommendations.
• System Operations & Maintenance**: Support day-to-day social CRM platform operations — account configuration, template management, tagging rules, data sync, and troubleshooting; document SOPs to ensure operational consistency and scalability.
• Results Tracking: Monitor social CRM metrics (follower growth, message open rates, menu click rates, conversion funnels) and produce regular reports with insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Support various Marketing activities upon requests

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Proficient in Excel with solid data handling skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning).
• Detail-oriented with strong process execution skills and a sense of ownership.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with WeChat/WeCom ecosystem, SCRM tools, WeChat mini-programs.
• Familiarity with social CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with lead management, scoring models, or marketing funnel operations.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) for campaign reporting.
• Interest in B2B marketing, cross-border e-commerce, or marketing technology (MarTech).
