Full job description

Job Summary

• Plan and execute customer-related events for Truck Company (e.g., tech days, co-marketing activities and other joint events).
• Manage participation in industry conferences, seminars and NGO/working-group interactions.
• Support Truck Company’s presence at trade fairs / exhibitions.
• Manage company marketing gifts to ensure compliance, cost control and standardized use.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Truck Company Customer Activities & Technical Forums

Plan, coordinate and deliver the Truck Company Customer Activities & Technical Forums and related customer‑oriented technical exchange activities: pre‑event preparation, stakeholder alignment, customer invitation & communication, conference material production, agenda arrangement, on‑site execution and post‑event summary.

Closely cooperate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing and external suppliers to ensure event quality.

Collect and consolidate customer feedback during the forum, sort out key technical concerns, customer demands and business opportunities, and support business and technical follow‑up. Continuously optimize customer activity workflow.

2. Conferences & Forums Support，NGO and working group connection

Support management-level participation in key industry forums (e.g., CCVF, SAECCE, etc.): external organizer communication, agenda confirmation, attendance coordination and post-event evaluation and summary to sort out forum outputs.

Facilitate engineer/expert participation, usually in specific technical forums: identify relevant industry-related exhibitions and forums, coordinate cross-department invitations and consolidate participant feedback.

Maintain relationship with Truck Company related association, working group, and other NGOs: represent the company in regular communications.

3. Support Trade Fairs / Exhibitions（e.g.: Auto China，CIIE，etc.）

Responsible for the participation, arrangement and on-site execution for trade fairs / exhibitions: pre-fair preparation, on-site reception and communication, and post-fair sorting and summary.

4. Company Marketing Gifts Management

Take charge of the overall management of marketing gifts and activity supplies, including gift selection and distribution.

Formulate standardized gift management processes to ensure appropriate use, cost control and avoidance of waste or misuse.

• Good communication, coordination and time management skills, able to efficiently support management-level business activities
• Awareness of material and gift governance and ability to implement standardized process controls and cost management
