To strengthen our Admin Department, we're looking for an experienced Office Manager who is passionate about creating an exceptional workplace experience. You understand that office management goes far beyond administrative tasks and plays a key role in fostering collaboration, supporting company culture, and enabling operational excellence across the business. You are proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You enjoy building structure and improving processes while maintaining the flexibility required in a fast-growing environment. From shaping workplace initiatives and organizing company events to optimizing internal operations, you bring creativity, ownership, and a hands-on mindset to everything you do. Your Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities to enhance workplace services, internal processes, and the overall employee experience
• Driving office-related projects from concept through to successful implementation
• Developing scalable solutions that support a growing international organization
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and efficient administrative processes
• Taking ownership of office budgets, procurement activities, and contract management
• Creating an outstanding experience for employees, visitors, and candidates alike
• Planning and executing office initiatives, company events, celebrations, and engagement activities
• Supporting onboarding activities and helping new colleagues feel welcome from day one
• Partnering closely with People Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to drive operational excellence
• Building strong relationships and fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization
• Navigating complex situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and a pragmatic approach
• Acting as an ambassador for Cardmarket's culture and values in every interaction

Qualifications And Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Manager, Office & Facilities Manager, or in a comparable role
• Proven experience managing complex office environments and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to develop, optimize, and scale workplace processes and standards
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German, written and spoken
• Ability to communicate confidently and adapt your style to different audiences and situations
• Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented with a strong focus on building positive relationships
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to take ownership when needed
• Highly proactive and solution-oriented, with a natural drive to identify and address challenges
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and personal responsibility
• Creative mindset with a passion for continuously enhancing the workplace experience
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to remain calm when priorities shift
