Participants begin in an operational position and follow a structured learning route combining theoretical, operational and strategic phases, onboarding across the business, training sessions and projects. The employer states participants receive salary and statutory benefits from the first day and must be mobile across assigned locations in eastern Guatemala.

Open to students with completed coursework or recent graduates in fields such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Industrial Psychology. Candidates should show communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, adaptability and willingness to work across assigned eastern-region locations; intermediate English is desirable.
