We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to expand our presence across the Middle East and Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with key industry players.

This is an opportunity for a sales professional who combines commercial drive with the ability to understand complex customer environments and deliver real business value.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial engagement through to contract signature
• Identify, develop, and win new enterprise customers, with a strong focus on new business
• Build and execute structured account plans aligned with customer needs and business priorities
• Engage with senior stakeholders across technical and business functions, including Engineering, IT, Procurement, and Executive leadership
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with long-term impact
• Work closely with Solution Engineers and internal teams to ensure a strong functional and commercial fit
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator
• Represent Cenosco in your region through customer visits and relevant industry events

What You'll Need

• 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS sales
• Proven success closing mid-to-large deals (>**$**500k ARR) in complex buying environments
• Affinity with or experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or related sectors
• Fluency in Arabic is a huge plus
• Experience working within the Middle East and or Africa region
• Ability to build credible relationships with senior stakeholders and guide decision-making processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A disciplined, structured, and self-driven approach to sales
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
